out of fashion...
My work as Senior Designer already has taken its toll; I can no longer be a lecturer at the Amsterdam Fashion Institute. There's simply not enough time to do everything I would like to do...
But a man has got to stay true to his beliefs. And therefor, little after this summer's Amsterdam Fashion Week, I will be officially out of fashion.

NEWSFLASH!!!
I have been asked (and I accepted) to start working as Senior Designer for CONCERN.
I'll start this September, but I feel corporate already:
I proudly attended the opening of the exposition of 'our' models ("Models Of Concern") and the presentation of the book with the same title. The expo is the last one in Stedelijk Museum CS. It is open untill August the 31st.

CONCERN collaboration
I'm working on a project for design studio CONCERN. We're old friends.
If you are considering to apply for a design master, you should really check out their program called CONTRACT. Learning on the job, under the supervision of 'design master' Gilian Schofer.

the studio is dead, long live the studio!
My contract in the PostCS building will end soon. I have to move my studio. My plan is to do this very literal.
I've started to redecorate my oldtimer Mercedes camper van. At the end of this summer, I will be working 'anywhere' in my mobile-guerrilla-design-machine.
